This is not a formal tea ceremony but a causal experience of maiko/geiko entertainment in the afternoon with (matcha) green tea and (wagashi ) Japanese sweets.

Price: ¥65,000-up to 3 pax- (please add an extra ¥1,5000 pp for 4 pax onwards)

Meeting Place:In front of the Minamiza Kabuki theater

A private walk through geisha districts (approx. 45-60 mins.) followed by afternoon matcha (green tea) with traditional sweats and bilingual interpreting. 

It takes place in a private members only Ochaya (Geisha teahouse)

There will be traditional song, dance and games along with great photo opportunities as well as a chance to ask any questions you might have about life in the geisha world.
